On 1st October, 2024, Shri.  K.P. Manoharan, Managing Director of the company, led the launch event for the Research Park Division (a segment of the Publication and Media Group of Tranquility Strategies) and its website. The website for the Research Park was initiated by Shri B.Dipen,  Consultant and Web Developer of Tranquility Strategies. The event saw participation from “The Consumer Park and The News Park”, an online journal’s 28 trainee columnists along with others.

During the event, the Managing Director said that the Research Division of the Tranquility Strategies will soon publish research journals for social development and the Research Park website has been launched as its hub.

On 1st July 2024, Shri K.P. Manoharan, Managing Director of the company, presided over the launch event for the official website of Tranquility Strategies Private Limited. The website was launched by Dr. T. R. Arun, Principal, of Government Law College, Namakkal. A significant number of individuals, including trainee columnists of “The Consumer Park and The News Park”, online journals, took part in this program

Ten law students completed the Columnist Internship Programme, which took place from January 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024, for The Consumer Park – Tamil Online Journal” under the popular Journal Division, a part of the Publication and Media Group of Tranquility Strategies Private Limited. The farewell event took place on April 30, 2024. Certificates of Participation were handed out by Shri M. Saj, Guest Lecturer (law)/advocate.

On 1st April 2024, Mr. K. Kathirvel, Editor of The Consumer Park and The News Park, Online journals, unveiled the website and first issue of “The News Park – Tamil Online Journal”, a section of the popular journal division of the company at an indoor event attended by guests.

On the 1st of January, 2024, Shri K.P. Manoharan, Managing Director of the company, presided over the event of inauguration of Publication and Media Group, Tranqulitiy Strategies and the launch of “The Consumer Park – Tamil Online Journal”. Dr. V. Ramaraj, President of District Judge Super Time Scale, District Consumer Court, graced the event as the guest of honour and officially inaugurated the Tranquility Strategies’ Publication and Media Group. The launch of the website for “The Consumer Park – Tamil Online Journal”, a section of the popular journal division of the company was followed by the release of its inaugural issue. Participants in the program included guests, and aspiring writers, such as trainee columnists from “The Consumer Park,” and others.

Tranquility Strategies Private Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies on September 15, 2024. The company officially started working on the 15th of November, 2024.
